01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using tukango.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
02.Service Description
tukango provides a marketplace for purchasing eSIM data plans for international travel. We act as an authorized reseller of eSIM profiles provisioned through GSMA-certified infrastructure. Plans provide mobile data connectivity in specified countries and regions.
All eSIM plans are data-only. They do not include voice calls or SMS services. Your existing physical SIM card continues to handle calls and texts.
03.Account Registration
To purchase eSIM plans, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
04.Purchases and Payments
All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
Upon successful payment, you will receive an eSIM QR code via email and on your dashboard. This QR code is for single use and is tied to your account.
05.Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use purchased eSIMs for any illegal activity, commercial resale without authorization, or any activity that could damage our infrastructure or reputation.
Data plans are subject to fair usage policies. Excessive usage that impacts network quality for other users may result in speed throttling or service suspension.
06.Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: unused (not activated) eSIMs are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Activated or partially used eSIMs are not eligible for refunds.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion for service disruptions caused by our platform or infrastructure.
07.Limitation of Liability
tukango provides eSIM services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific network speeds, or coverage in all areas within a listed country.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
08.Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on tukango.com are owned by tukango and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
09.Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
